Terms of Service

These terms govern your access to ProposalWriter and your use of its proposal creation, collaboration, sharing, and subscription features.

Effective date: October 1, 2026

01

Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using ProposalWriter, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and, if acting for an organization, authorized to bind that organization.

02

Accounts and security

You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding login credentials, and activity performed through your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Workspace owners and administrators are responsible for member access, permissions, and content shared from their workspace.

03

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance at the price shown during checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same billing period unless cancelled before renewal. You authorize our payment provider to charge the payment method on file for subscription fees and applicable taxes.

Plan limits, included usage, and features are described at checkout and within the service. Plan changes and cancellation timing are shown before confirmation. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy.

04

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit to ProposalWriter. You grant us a limited right to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as necessary to provide, secure, and improve the service.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload, process, and share your content, including client information and third-party materials.

05

AI-generated content

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or similar to content produced for others. You are responsible for reviewing all proposals, pricing, legal language, claims, and compliance responses before using or sharing them. ProposalWriter does not provide legal, financial, or professional advice.

06

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law or third-party rights; distribute malware or harmful content; attempt unauthorized access; interfere with service operation; evade plan limits; reverse engineer protected portions of the service; or generate deceptive, fraudulent, or abusive material.

We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties, or to investigate suspected violations.

07

Service availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Features may change over time. We will provide reasonable notice when a material change adversely affects a paid subscription, where practicable.

08

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the extent permitted by law, ProposalWriter will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Our total liability arising from the service will not exceed the fees you paid for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

09

Termination and changes to these terms

You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for material breach, unlawful use, non-payment, or risk to the service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

We may update these terms. Material changes will apply prospectively, and the effective date above will be updated. Questions may be submitted through the support channel available in your account.
